    CNC Machining

    3-axis and multi-axis milling and turning in aluminium, steel, stainless, brass and engineering plastics, holding tolerances as tight as 0.01 mm on critical features. One-off prototypes through to repeat production batches, with no minimum order quantity.

    Prismatic parts, housings, brackets, jigs and fixtures machined from billet or plate. Programmed in Mastercam from your STEP or IGES model, or from a 2D drawing or sample part.

    Laser Cutting

    A 6 kW Bystronic DNE fibre laser with a 3000 x 1500 mm bed cutting mild steel up to 25 mm, plus stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Send a DXF or STEP file and we cut straight from it.
