Chris
CEO & Managing DirectorChris is a Swiss-trained toolmaker whose career began on the bench making precision components for Rolex. From there he moved into senior executive roles across precision manufacturing in Australia and overseas, building deep expertise in CNC machining, fabrication and high-mix low-volume production.
In mid-2025 Chris led the acquisition of McIver Engineering through Perfetti Engineering Pty Ltd, the family-owned group that also operates Global Supply Network. He is hands-on at the Smithfield workshop, leading strategy, customer relationships and continued investment in equipment and people, with a clear mission to keep precision manufacturing in Australia.
Sharon
DirectorSharon is a strategic delivery leader with a career spanning regulated industries including finance, telecommunications and infrastructure, where she has led programme portfolios valued up to $500M. She brings deep governance, commercial and risk discipline to McIver Engineering and the wider Perfetti Engineering group.
As Director, Sharon oversees finance, governance and business strategy, working alongside Chris to grow the business, invest in the Sydney workshop and strengthen the connection between local manufacturing at McIver Engineering and international sourcing through Global Supply Network.
